Swami Sankarananda's Upcoming Spiritual Tour to the UK, Netherlands, and Spain

The esteemed General Secretary, Swami Sankarananda Puri of the International Vedanta Society (IVS), is set to embark on a transformative tour across the UK, Netherlands, and Spain, continuing his mission to inspire individuals from all walks of life on the path to Self-Realization. 

Swami Sankarananda, Born in Guwahati, Assam, India, in 1972, began his spiritual journey at the tender age of 17 when he came into contact with his revered Guru, Sri Sri Bhagavan, through his childhood friend, Swami Probuddhananda. In 1998, after nine years of rigorous spiritual practice, Swami Sankarananda embraced monkhood, becoming one of Sri Bhagavan’s first six monastic disciples. 

Over the years, he has become a respected figure within the spiritual arena, both in India and abroad. His acclaimed books, Advaita Vedanta, published in 2006, and Vedanta In Questions and Answers, published in 2022, reflects his profound spiritual realizations. Swamiji has lectured extensively, sharing his wisdom in academic and social institutions across India and Europe in 2011, 2012, and 2015.  

Swamiji recently concluded a highly successful spiritual tour in Indonesia and Hong Kong. During his visits to Jakarta, Bali, and Hong Kong, he inspired diverse audiences, encouraging them to take meaningful strides on their journey toward Self-Realization. A key highlight was the inauguration of a new spiritual centre in Bali, marking a significant milestone for the International Vedanta Society.  

Swami Sankarananda’s upcoming tour will include programs in London and Edinburgh. Swamiji will be based at the IVS Centre in the heart of London, where he will lead a series of events, including a day-long retreat programs aimed at deep immersion in the teachings of Advaita Vedanta. The programs are open to all, providing a unique opportunity for individuals to connect deeply with spiritual wisdom and experience inner transformation.
